Display Cases & Showcases in Kanpur
Refrigerated countertop showcases for sushi, deli, pastry and confectionery. Curved glass keeps the product in view while the case holds an even, gentle chill that does not dry the surface out. In Kanpur, May afternoons average 39.3 °C and humidity averages 65% across the year — here is what that means when you choose and run one.
Checklist for a display case in Kanpur
- Ask for a rated ambient of 43 °C. Kanpur sees roughly 93 days a year above 35 °C, and a display case inside a kitchen or shop runs hotter still.
- Curved and flat display glass both gain heat from lighting and the room; LED lighting and good glass keep product at temperature and visible.
- Fill the case to the load line only. Product stacked above it sits outside the cold air curtain and warms quickly, especially cream and dairy sweets.
- Clean the condenser coil more often than monthly — heat and grease in Kanpur clog it fast, and a blocked coil is the most common reason a unit can't keep up in summer.
- Give the unit its own earthed socket and ask about its operating voltage range; summer evening voltage dips are hard on compressors.
