What we collect

When you send an enquiry, service request or sign up for updates we collect what you type: your name, mobile number, email, business name, city and message. We do not use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To schedule and record service visits and warranty registration.
• To send product updates, only if you asked for them.

Who sees it

Only KALT staff and the service partners assigned to your request. Enquiries are delivered by email through our email provider. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and warranty record requirements, then deleted.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, or withdraw consent. Write to privacy@example.com.
