From the truck to set point.

Every plug-in cabinet is delivered, positioned and commissioned by our team. Cold rooms start with a site survey.

    Route in, floor level, power point, drain and ventilation clearance checked against the model.

    Delivery

    Delivered on our vehicle, unpacked and positioned where it will run.

    Commissioning

    Levelled, powered through a stabiliser where the supply needs one, pulled down to set point and logged.

  4. 04

    Handover

    Your team is shown cleaning, defrost and alarms. Warranty registered against the serial number.

Sales

Why is there no price on the product pages?
Because the honest answer depends on the site. Freight, installation, voltage stabilisation and any non-standard dimension all move the number, so we quote per site — usually within one working day.
What is the typical lead time?
Ex-stock models usually ship within days; built-to-order cabinets and cold rooms take longer and are scheduled after a site survey. We confirm the date on the quote.
Do you sell domestic refrigerators?
No. Everything we supply is commercial equipment for a business: continuous duty, 43 °C ambient, serviceable in place.

Service & warranty

What does the warranty cover, and what voids it?
Terms by range are in the warranty table. It is void on an unstabilised supply outside the stated voltage band, on physical or water damage, and where a non-authorised technician has opened the sealed system.
How fast is a breakdown attended?
Response depends on the city. We commit to a visit slot when the request is logged and tell you who is coming.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell the cabinet?
Yes, for the remaining period, once the new owner's details are registered against the serial number.

Spares

I do not know the part number.
Send the model code and serial number with a photograph of the part. Identifying it is our job, not yours.

Delivery & installation

Is installation included?
Plug-in cabinets are delivered, positioned and commissioned. Cold rooms and remote-condenser systems are quoted with installation as a line item because the site decides the work.
What do you need from us before delivery?
A clear route in, a level floor, the power point within reach of the cable and a drain where the model needs one.
