Why we exist
Built for the kitchen you actually have.
Most commercial refrigeration sold in India is designed for a 32 °C room and a stable 240 V supply. The kitchens it goes into run hotter, longer, and on power that sags every summer afternoon. That gap is where compressors fail and stock is lost.
KALT exists to close it. Every cabinet we supply is specified for 43 °C ambient, protected for a weak supply, and backed by engineers who can reach it. We don't sell domestic fridges, ovens or anything else — refrigeration is the whole business.
