Undercounter Refrigerator in Amritsar
Counter-height cabinets that put chilled ingredients within arm's reach of the line. Door and drawer configurations, worktop and chef-base versions, in refrigerator, freezer and dual-temperature builds. In Amritsar, June afternoons average 38.3 °C and humidity averages 67% across the year — here is what that means when you choose and run one.
Checklist for a undercounter in Amritsar
- Ask for a rated ambient of 43 °C. Amritsar sees roughly 80 days a year above 35 °C, and a undercounter inside a kitchen or shop runs hotter still.
- Choose a front-breathing design if the unit will be built into a counter run — rear-breathing undercounters starve for air in a closed bay.
- Keep it away from fryers, tandoors and combi ovens; in Amritsar's summer the air at knee height beside a cooking line can be far above room temperature.
- Clean the condenser coil more often than monthly — heat and grease in Amritsar clog it fast, and a blocked coil is the most common reason a unit can't keep up in summer.
- Give the unit its own earthed socket and ask about its operating voltage range; summer evening voltage dips are hard on compressors.
